I purchased as a gift my niece loves it. However, The utensils were not included although the description reads that they are included.Be careful leaving food inside, the plastic may take on the smell. Taking it on a trip, will report back later.That it had a carrying bagIf you share an office refrigerator, these are perfect! The 3 containers offer different sizes _smallest on top and largest on the bottom. It holds enough food for a large lunch and some late afternoon snacking. Cleaning is easy. I'd prefer metal clips to fasten them together. The plastic clips cause me to treat them a little more gingerly: I hand wash this item. Tons of color options available. I gave several of these as Christmas gifts and they were well received.Bought this hoping it would keep my kids food warm for school lunch. I LOVE the large size of it and actually often use it for 3 different kids since you can separate it and send one section with each kid. But it does not keep food hot for the 3 hours until lunch. I even heat up hot water pour it in to heat up the metal, empty it out after a few minutes, dry it and then put the hot food in and every time the kids say it’s cold by lunch. So now we use it for food that doesn’t have to stay warm.I tapped mine to knock the water off the side before wiping it down to set aside to dry and I thought it was a reasonable but firm tap and it broke. Very flimsy interior plastic but the chunk that came off did not effect whether or not it would leak. And as of yet, it hasn't.Wrong color..twice. I know it's not a big deal to some, but when you order it because the bonus is that it is green..you expect green. Got a blue set, scheduled a return, received a replacement-also blue. Both labeled green incorrectly.Side note..they didn't really keep food at advertised temps. Will be returning both, looking for suitable replacements.I often have to bring my own meals, and I need a heat preservation lunch box with a large capacity and a long heat preservation time. This heat preservation lunch box fully meets my needs, with three-layer capacity, enough space, long heat preservation time, and easy to carry out.Great looking container, bag and bonus case of utensils but the quality of the plastic is a real disappointment. I wish it were a more durable material but it feels extremely fragile and I’m sure it won’t last more than a week of school lunches for my son.Cute lunch box and great portion but doesn't keep food warm. I don’t have a microwave at work and I thought this will keep my food warm but it doesn't .This is very useful product, i think every home should have it.Good lunch box but food is cold within a couple hours
